Be advised that you can white list the domain "DOMAIN" in SiteControl. Here is more information on how to do that:
1. Log into SiteControl here: LINKLINK 2. Click on "Email" in the "Manage Services" section 3. Click on "Spam Filter" 4. Click on "Manage CleanMail" 5. Click on the "Manage" button under the "Black/White List" section. You can either apply the same settings for all mailboxes under that domain or you can apply custom settings for individual mailboxes.Should you experience any further issues or you have further questions, please let us know
