MX Settings


Dear CUSTOMER,

Thank you for choosing BRAND.

Please be advised that your emails for DOMAIN are not pointed to us at the moment. You can either update your name servers to ours (a.dns.hostway.net and b.dns.hostway.net) or point your MX records to us.

In case you choose the second option, make sure to re-create the following records in your DNS zone with your current hosting company:

1. 'DOMAIN' should be pointed with MX record with priority 10 to: mail.DOMAIN

2. 'mail.DOMAIN' should be pointed with A record to: 64.26.60.153

3. 'pop.DOMAIN' should be pointed with A record to: 64.26.60.229

4. 'smtp.DOMAIN' should be pointed with A record to: 64.26.60.229

Note that there is up to 4 hours propagation for the DNS changes to take effect. Once the records above are re-created, your emails with us should start working.
