As per your request, we are sending you the e-mail settings for your mail services with us. We will use the "MAILBOX" mailbox as an example. Here are the settings:
1. Username: MAILBOX
2. Password: the password for MAILBOX
3. Incoming mail server for both POP and IMAP: pop.DOMAIN (or the IP "64.26.60.229")
4. Incoming port number: 143 for IMAP or 110 for POP
5. SSL OFF (The encrypted connection must be disabled)
6. Authentication by password
7. Outgoing mail server: smtp.DOMAIN (or the IP "64.26.60.229")
8. Outgoing port number: 587 for both POP and IMAP
9. SSL for the SMTP server should be OFF (The encrypted connection must be disabled)
10. Authentication for the SMTP server should also be by password
11. Please make sure that the SMTP server is using the same username and password as the incoming server (the full e-mail address and the password for that e-mail address)
