We are writing in regards to the email account "MAILBOX".
Our system administrators have detected that the account has been compromised and has been used for distributing large amounts of unsolicited messages (spam). As a precaution, we have changed MAILBOX's password. You are welcome to change the password again, but please do not choose the original password.
Please make sure to choose a strong password that cannot be easily detected by a dictionary attack. A 'strong' password includes upper and lower case letters, digits and special characters. Also, we advise you to update all the email users that are using the same password as "MAILBOX" (if any).
Kindly follow the instructions bellow to change your password:
1. Log into SiteControl here: https://sitecontrol-sp.hostway.com
2. Go to 'Manage Services' > 'Email'
3. Go to 'SiteMail Mailboxes'
4. Click on the link 'Edit' next to the email box in question
