You can modify the records for your domain 'DOMAIN' via SiteControl as follows:
1. Log into your SiteControl here: LINKLINK
2. Click on 'Domain name'
3. Navigate to 'Edit' next to the domain
4. Click on 'Advanced DNS settings'on the very bottom of the page
5. On the next page, modify the records you need
Alternatively, we can update the records on your behalf. However, we will need to first verify that you are authorized to make changes to this account. Please send us one of the following for security reasons:
1. Your SiteControl ID and last 4 digits of your Password
2. The last 4 digits of the credit card used to make payments on this account (If you pay by check, please give us the last payment date, check number, and payment amount)
